Absolutely blown away by my car buying experience here with Chase Raymond. From the first time that he sent me a personal text message to closing the deal there were so many times that he went above and beyond for us. For example, I had to wait for my bank to wire the funds and it took a couple more hours than I had planned. He went out and bought me lunch! He also brought his manager to give a detailed explanation of direct injection engines and the ticking sounds that they make. When it comes to service level, honesty and personability, Chase was second to none. I had quite a few hesitations about working with a dealership because of the stories other people told me, but after this experience with Chase and Spitzer I would do it all over again. Definitely planning on buying my next vehicle there.
