Good service
Car was ready and waiting inside the service area as opposed to outside when I arrived to pick it up. I asked for no car wash and that was clearly written on the service order (and complied with).

Scheduled me quickly to cover a common emissions issue. Thankfully it was still under warranty. They made some other suggestions regarding periodic maintenance due and provided quotes. No pressure, just recommendations. Highly recommend based off my experience.

Spitzer got me in right away when I was in a tough situation. I was low on fuel and my gas door wouldn't open. I called them and brought the car right in. They got it opened so I could get fuel and scheduled the appointment to have the part replaced to fix the problem. Very satisfied with service. Mary was very helpful, too!

My 2017 VW needed a warranty repair and since I bought the car at Amherst Spitzer VW (which was a very nice experience in of itself), I decided to have the service done there as well. The Service Dept was awesome in handling the task and offering a loaner car so I could get back to work while the service was being performed. The car runs great! They went above and beyond my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone who is on the market for a VW.
The whole team was friendly and professional. From arriving to departing I felt welcomed and confident my car would be fine.
Service seems fine so far. Price a bit higher than quoted and then 3% credit card charge added. That was not indicated until I was at the counter with only a credit card.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation , appointment was at 10 am and I was out of there by 1050 which was great .. they were very attentive and made sure I had no questions . Then later in the day they called to see if I was satisfied. I was glad it was a real person and not an automated call . That makes a difference. They also went above and beyond and addressed some concerns I had with a different department. The lady , Mary, finally got answers for me and swiftly called me back . I am thoroughly impressed

Transmission fluid change on my Tiguan was completed quickly. The service staff was friendly and didn't waste time. A way better experience than when I bought it from them, the sales side of the house could learn a thing or two.
